COLD!!!

So, now that we're all sort of settled in here, a bunch of us gringos are heading up to the Andes to go skiing. There's a really good place called Valle Nevado only an hour away by bus, so that's where we're going. It's supposed to snow on Thursday, so it should be sweet! Also, it's so damn cold in Santiago that the snow has to be good.

Seriously, it's about 40 degrees at night here and my house has no heater. Will's house doesn't either, or at least they never use it. Last night I took a hot shower and then got straight into my sleeping bag so I wouldn't freeze! Oh...sunny California. Still, it's supposed to get hot as hell here in a few months, so I guess I should enjoy this?

IN CHILE!!

So after a 28 hours of flying and sitting in airports, I got to Santiago at 7 am and had to try to stay awake all day so I don't screw up my sleep schedule (you know how I hate that Megan). Well, I failed. But I still did stay awake long enough to ride around town in buses and explore a little bit. My next project is to find Will, wherever he is.

My hand is burning!

Today while I was cleaning my stove I touched the stove and now my hand hurts oh so much.

Trying to figure this out...

I'm going to try to do this blog thing so that all my friends can read about my adventures in South America while they're sitting in their rooms and "studying" hard. Hope you like it Megan. Now we're matching!
